Our Mission
Our mission is to provide safe, consistent and purposeful mentoring that helps young people better understand themselves, overcome barriers and develop the confidence, resilience and decision-making skills needed to move forward.
We work alongside schools, families and communities to ensure that mentoring is not simply a conversation, but a purposeful intervention shaped around the young person's needs and focused on meaningful progress.

Supreme Mentoring Services is a Birmingham-based specialist SEMH mentoring provider. We deliver structured, relationship-led mentoring across schools, alternative provision and community settings, helping young people overcome barriers to engagement and make meaningful, measurable progress.
We work with children and young people who may need additional support with emotional wellbeing, confidence, resilience, behaviour, attendance, relationships or engagement in education. Support can be commissioned by schools, alternative provisions, organisations, parents and carers.

Our mentors complete robust safer-recruitment and suitability checks, including an Enhanced DBS check, references and identity verification. They also receive safeguarding training, role-specific induction and ongoing guidance aligned with the Supreme Way and SMS Mentor Standards.
